Payment Options & Terms
Because we do like to buy groceries :)

Signature Worx accepts business, cashier’s, and personal checks, as well as major credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover) via PayPal. Work will not begin for clients paying by manual check until funds have cleared. It tends to work better for everyone if payment is sent via PayPal.

For new clients billed hourly, invoices are generated when the project is complete and must be paid prior to delivery of the project. For established clients billed hourly, invoices are generated and delivered when the project is complete with payment terms of due upon receipt.

Our payment policies include:

• A 50% deposit is required on all work prior to beginning the project.
• The completion of our Credit Card Authorization form regardless of how initial payment is made. Credit cards will only be charged if final invoice is not paid by the due date.
• Late payments will incur a 10% late fee every billing cycle.
• A $30 charge for returned checks.

If you wish to pay by credit card, you can do so using the PayPal link below or, for your convenience, complete our Credit Card Authorization form and we will take care of it for you.
